Update on my condition and child rapist...

Halloween: Skeleton
"He's dead Jim."

Seriously, why do people love Michael Jackson so? The guy, FUCKED CHILDREN! I don't care if he was never convicted, you know as well as I know that this system is corrupt, especially when it comes to celebrities. However, I must say I'm disappointed in how he died. When I first caught wind of this, the first question that came to mind was, "So which kid [finally] did him in?"

But no, it was a heart attack that killed him... Ah well. I'm sure his rape victims are happy and that's all that counts in the end.

So! Enough about some dead pedophile, let's update you on my condition.

I'm pretty much the same. Went to the walk in clinic and wouldn't you know it? My endorphins kicked in, killing any of my pain/misery I had. Kind of good in one way but bad in another when you're trying to convince people that you're critically ill.

When I spoke with him, he asked some questions that I had a hard time answering/explaining. Without going in to detail, I think I accidentally undermined his diagnosis. I kept freezing cause of my fear and some of my questions went unanswered or got filled in by mother who was supposed to be there for moral support.

One thing he said, (that's been haunting me) was, "Blocked bowel mainly consists of, lots of pain and no movements." Which I had a lot of on Sat - Tuesday and yet, I haven't had since Tuesday... And it also didn't help when I told him my condition and his first question was, "So, what do you want me to do?" -.-;
Aside from that he felt my stomach and it didn't hurt when he pressed on it but it sure as hell did later. I should have made him do it while I was standing up.

However, at least I'm getting tested. The blood tests on Monday are gonna be "fun." XD;;;

There is some good news...

He said that after I get these tests done, he's going to refer me to a specialist. I'm kinda happy about that. I need one, I've been needing one for years and even though Dr. Vozis has all my history, she's a common practitioner and she has a tendency to "pass the buck" with me. The only advantage to having her is the ability to have tests done same day, same place.

I felt great after going to the doctors office and ya know, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Perhaps that's because I knew he couldn't do much to me with the lack of equipment they have. I even ate some more solid food for the first time in weeks... which didn't sit well with me at first. Probably because I gorged... I was starving but we'll see how much pain it causes me later down the line.

Also, Wayne found my skull ring! :D Bonus!

Good luck on getting yourself to a specialist.
Back when my hip dysplasia was first causing me problems my doctor told me that most would have given up on me assuming I was simulating. Fortunately he didn't.
Unsettling how much we rely on these people.

As for "he's dead, Jim", the new Dr McCoy is pretty awesome.
Oh, Michael Jackson, right. The day he died I met one of the English teachers at Shizuoka University and he was like "Hi, guess who died?" and had me play twenty questions till I got it. I think it finished along the lines of "So, a guy, American, older than thirty, and a singer... how old is Michael Jackson?" - "Bingo."
I'm still not sure how serious he was about the whole thing. ^^;;
