If this law is allowed to pass, your cell phones, mp3 players and personal computers could be searched through, for no reason and if even one "illegal" media file is found, you will be grossly fined, criminally charged and have your personal files/devices deleted or DESTROYED. Without so much as a warrant or reason.

In addition, these same people are trying to make it impossible for anyone to challenge their government, regardless of the charge brought to the courts.
